International Shipping:
International orders have a standard shipping fee of KWD 10/ approx USD 33.

Within Kuwait, orders placed before 7 PM (Sunday–Thursday) or 4 PM (Friday–Saturday) are delivered the same day, while orders placed after these times are delivered the next day. International orders typically take 3–7 business days.

Yes, we offer refunds if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and tags. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
The duration of the refund process varies depending on the payment method you used. For K-Net it may take up to 3 working days. The refund for MasterCard and Visa may take up to 10 working days.
Gift items can be returned for store credit only. Please note that refunds are not available for gift returns.
Your store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on all brands and collections on our website. You will receive your store credit code via email or WhatsApp, and it will also be available in your account.
Yes, we offer gift wrapping. Please tick the “Is this a gift?” option on the product page. You can also add your personalized message in the order notes at checkout.
