Returns & Exchanges
All items must be returned in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached.
Please ensure that all original packaging, including boxes and dust bags, is included with your return.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Customers may request a return for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order by contacting us on hello@limae.com or +965 99444976.
RETURN POLICY
Returns within Kuwait
Returns can be sent to our office or arranged for pickup.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping the returns at their own expense.
Limae is not responsible for lost return shipments.

REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Gift items can be returned for store credit only. Please note that refunds are not available for gift returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges within Kuwait
Customers can either have the item collected for exchange (one free pickup round included) or exchange it directly at our office.
International Exchange
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Customers may return items for store credit, which can be used to place a new order.
Exchange Conditions
All exchange items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Faulty items may be replaced.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
