Emerald green dress for younger girls by Mebi, made in soft velvet. This charming style has a pretty, oversized white collar, with delicate floral cutwork and scalloped edges. It has long sleeves with elasticated cuffs and fastens neatly with mother-of-pearl buttons on the back.
